Yes you can. We offer an automated system which allows you to screen leads based on factors such as State, LTV, loan type, property value, credit quality, etc. Once you view the available leads — all lead information other than the consumer’s contact information is displayed — you decide whether you wish to purchase the lead. The price of the lead is based on the number of days that have passed since the time the consumer entered the lead into our system. Alternatively, you can fill out your desired lead criteria in the USER PROFILE section of the site and we’ll automatically send the leads to you when they are entered into the system. We can send the lead via email or directly into your own system, if you have one, via XML or HTTP POST.

You may return a lead for credit within 5 days of purchase if:

1) the contact numbers are incorrect
2) there is bad information in the lead (e.g., wrong state, wrong loan type, wrong credit rating, etc.)
